In November, the Blue Element Salon will be hosting a Pocket Food Drive for Food Outreach. Food Outreach was founded in 1988 by friends caring for friends living with HIV/AIDS and is the only St. Louis area organization whose mission is to provide nutritional support and enhance the quality of life of men, women and children living with HIV/AIDS or Cancer.

You can drop off your canned food donations during the month of November at the Blue Element Salon. Although ALL canned goods are appreciated, below is a list of items the Nutrition Center at Food Outreach needs: tuna fish, turkey, chicken, salmon, corn, green beans, mixed vegetables, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, and peaches.

Food Outreach is also the recipient of our November product sales donation drive. $2 from each shampoo/conditioner set sold in the month of November will be donated to Food Outreach to assist in their outreach efforts.
